AFTER I PAY, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PAINTING?
We produce and ship all ordered paintings within 1/2 working days. Shipping is via express courier and we will provide the tracking code at the time of shipment. Delivery takes 2/3 working days.
WHICH COURIER WILL YOU ENTRUST THE SHIPMENT TO?
We entrust our shipments to many couriers depending on the destination. For Italy and Europe our main partner is Brt.
WILL THE PAINTING BE WELL PROTECTED DURING SHIPPING?
Yes, we wrap the painting in bubble wrap and use boxes with double-wave cardboard, highly resistant, in order to safeguard its condition.
I PURCHASED THE WRONG PAINTING OR SIZE. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can modify your order until it is reported to be shipped. If the painting has already been shipped you can still proceed with the return.
