Items and service

Are the paintings you sell ready to hang?

Yes, all the paintings we sell have a wooden structure. All you need is one or two nails depending on the size.

How do I buy one of your paintings?

Simply select the size, and proceed directly to checkout via Paypal or other methods.
If you want to purchase more paintings you can add them to your cart and complete the checkout.

Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

After paying, how long will it take to receive the painting?

We produce and ship all the paintings ordered within 1/2 working days. Shipping takes place via express courier and we will provide the tracking code at the time of shipping. Delivery takes place in 2/3 working days.

Which courier will you entrust the shipment to?

We entrust our shipments to many couriers depending on the destination. For Italy and Europe our main partner is Brt.

Will the painting be well protected during shipping?

Yes, we wrap the painting in bubble wrap paper and use highly resistant double corrugated cardboard boxes in order to safeguard its condition.

I purchased the wrong painting or size. How long until I can change the order?

You can modify your order until it is reported to be shipped. If the painting has already been shipped you can still proceed with the return.

I would like to return it, what should I do?

The painting was damaged by the courier, what can I do?

Although it is rare, it can happen. Don't worry. Contact us and we will proceed with the replacement immediately.
